01 Acceptance of Terms & Applicability

By using the bdgood website (https://bdgood.click) and its associated mobile application, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bdgood and the user.

This document has been written in English for bdgood's Bangladeshi users. In the event of any ambiguity, bdgood's official interpretation shall be considered final.

Bdgood reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the change.

02 Account Registration & Usage

When registering on bdgood, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details may result in account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access your account.
• The mobile number and email address registered to your account must be active and belong to you.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed within 30 days of registration.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Bdgood may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Refusal to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

03 Age & Eligibility

Bdgood is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 is completely prohibited from using bdgood or creating an account.

Misrepresenting your national ID or birth certificate details during registration is a serious violation and may result in legal action.

04 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Bdgood processes transactions via mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Currently supported methods are Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Daily withdrawal limit is up to ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 6 hours.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bdgood is not liable for delayed deposit credits caused by technical issues, but contacting support will get it resolved.
• Only mobile banking numbers registered in your own name may be used for deposits.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bdgood offers a variety of bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users one time only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement (typically 15x to 30x the bonus amount).
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses (e.g., multiple accounts, use of VPN) will result in permanent account closure if detected.
• Each promotion has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bdgood reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

06 Betting Rules & Conditions

Bdgood offers a range of betting options including Sports Betting and live betting. The following rules apply to all types of betting.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless bdgood voids it under specific circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled, suspended, or does not conclude within the scheduled time, the stake will be refunded.
• Bdgood reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Any bet found to involve irregularities or evidence of fraud will be voided.
• Maximum winnings are set per market. Check the betting page for applicable limits.

If bdgood detects suspicious betting patterns, it reserves the right to hold winnings pending investigation. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud.

07 Games & Casino Rules

All casino games and slots on bdgood run on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which can be viewed within the game.
• If you lose connection during a Live Casino game, your active bets are preserved. Log back in to see the current state of the game.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.
• Closing your browser during a game may result in the loss of your stake in certain cases. bdgood is not responsible for this.

If you disagree with a decision made by bdgood, you may pursue legal action under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
